AGENCY BUSINESS CHANNEL

Three ways to work with a delivery partner.

Your client relationship remains yours unless another arrangement is agreed. Capacity, confidentiality, QA, communication and handover responsibilities are set in writing before any commitment.

White-label work package

A defined frontend, website or application module delivered for your agency.

Scope, IP rights and client communications agreed per work package.

Overflow development support

Evaluate short-term capacity around a scoped backlog or delivery sprint.

No unconfirmed reserved developer capacity or unlimited revisions.

Discuss overflow ↗

Ongoing development arrangement

Explore a repeat workstream with agreed priorities, working hours and support boundaries.

Retainer allocation, unused time, communication and escalation require contract terms.

How partnership works

Clear handoffs, fewer surprises.

01 / BRIEF

Share the task

Provide requirements, design files, technical stack, access constraints and deadline.

02 / SCOPE

Confirm estimate

Agree deliverables, exclusions, milestones, payment schedule and acceptance criteria.

03 / BUILD

Implement & review

Work through agreed milestones, share progress and test the relevant flows.

04 / HANDOVER

Deliver securely

Provide agreed source files, notes and handover assets through the agreed channel.

Working terms

Professional boundaries are part of delivery.

Confidentiality & intellectual property

Client materials and credentials are handled only for the agreed work. Ownership, licence rights, permitted portfolio use, confidentiality and any NDA are documented in the contract. No client work is displayed publicly without permission.

Scope, revisions & payments

Project fees, initial payment, milestones, included revision rounds, change requests, deadlines and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. A common starting structure may be a 50% initial payment with milestone payments thereafter, subject to the final agreement.

Partnership FAQ

Working together, clearly.

Roles and commercial terms are agreed for each engagement rather than assumed across every partner project.

What is the minimum project size?

There is no universal minimum published here. Send the task or backlog item; suitability depends on scope, required access, deadlines and availability. A focused website fix can be assessed separately from a multi-stage application build.

Do you support white-label delivery?

Yes, where the role, client-facing boundaries, confidentiality, permitted brand use, acceptance process and handover responsibilities are agreed in writing before work begins.

Can an NDA be signed before access is shared?

An NDA or other confidentiality terms can be discussed before confidential materials or technical access are shared. The exact document and obligations should be reviewed and agreed by both parties.

Who communicates with the end client?

The agency can retain client communication, or technical discussion can be shared by agreement. The chosen model, escalation path and approval authority should be documented in the project brief.

How do you manage scope changes and revisions?

The initial scope lists deliverables and review points. New requirements are assessed for schedule and fee impact, then approved before the additional work begins. Included revision rounds are specified in the proposal.

Who owns the code and design files?

Ownership, licensing of reusable components, third-party assets, permitted portfolio use and source-file delivery are defined in the written agreement. Transfer is not assumed unless it is documented.

Can this become an ongoing relationship?

Ongoing development or overflow support can be discussed based on forecast workload and availability. Response times, capacity, included hours and unused-hour treatment must be written into the relevant agreement.

Have a work package ready?

Send the expected outputs, stack, current status, review needs, deadline and preferred collaboration model.
