This Privacy Notice describes the information ARRC Agency's website may process when visitors browse the site or use the project enquiry form. It is a website notice, not a substitute for any additional privacy terms required for a particular client engagement.
1. Information You Provide
If you complete the enquiry form, the information may include your name, email address, enquiry type, requested service, client type, estimated budget, expected timeline, preferred contact method and project description. Optional information may include chosen client engagement route, package interest, preferred quotation currency, working-hour arrangement and referral source, where the user chooses to provide it.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, security credentials or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
2. How Information Is Used
Enquiry details are used to understand the request, respond to questions, discuss project requirements, prepare quotations or proposals, and manage relevant professional communications.
3. Form Delivery and Service Providers
When the website enquiry service is configured, submitted information is validated and written to a protected lead store before the system attempts to send email notifications. The current package is designed for Upstash Redis REST storage and Resend email delivery. Both must be configured before a submission can be accepted. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
If the server-side email service is not configured or fails, the site offers a direct email or WhatsApp fallback. These actions open the visitor's chosen external application; the website itself does not confirm that a message was sent through those external applications.
Visitors who choose WhatsApp or Telegram leave this website and interact with those third-party services under their respective policies.
4. Storage and Browser-Local Demonstrations
The configured enquiry service keeps a persistent lead record with an internal reference number, submission details, notification status and authorised sales follow-up fields. The default lead-record retention period is 90 days (configurable between 7 and 365 days). Hosting, storage and email providers may retain their own logs or backups under their applicable policies. Submission does not mean an email reached its recipient.
Some portfolio demonstrations store sample tasks, inventory records, checklist states or workflow examples in the visitor's browser using local storage. This information remains in that browser profile and is not synchronised with ARRC Agency. Visitors can clear it through their browser's site-data settings.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Tracking
The current site package does not intentionally add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may keep standard technical logs for reliability and security. If analytics, booking tools, embedded third-party content or additional tracking are added in future, this notice should be updated accordingly.
6. Disclosure and Retention
Enquiry details are not intended to be sold. They may be disclosed to service providers needed to operate the website and deliver email, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.
The lead-store record is configured to expire after a limited retention period (90 days by default). Separate correspondence, supplier backups and legally required business records may have different retention obligations, subject to verification and the final retention policy. Specific client projects may require additional retention and data-processing terms.
7. Security and Your Requests
Reasonable steps should be taken to protect enquiry details. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For questions or requests about enquiry information, contact arrcagencygroup@gmail.com. Requests will be considered subject to identity verification and applicable law.
8. Updates
This notice may be revised when website features, hosting, data handling or applicable requirements change. The latest version and date will be published on this page.
