ARRC Agency · Client billing

Payments, made clear.

Understand the payment routes to ask about, confirm your project’s billing terms, and know what happens before work begins. Payment arrangements are agreed in writing for each project.

Availability notice
This page does not process payments or verify live payment-provider eligibility. Unless a route is explicitly confirmed in your written quotation or invoice, treat it as subject to confirmation. Do not transfer funds using unverified account details.

04 / Milestones and fees

Understand the terms before you pay

Payment percentage, amount, deadlines and fees depend on the approved quotation and agreement. This page does not set a default deposit or milestone percentage.

SCOPE

Agreed deliverables

Review included work, exclusions, assumptions and acceptance criteria.

TERMS

Written milestones

Check any deposit, staged invoices, final balance and due dates specified in the agreement.

COSTS

Fees and exchange

Ask who bears sender, recipient and intermediary fees; the provider/bank sets the exchange rate.

RECORD

Payment proof

Keep the invoice number and transfer reference; wait for confirmation through the agreed channel.

Optional planning tool

Model fees you have been quoted

Enter fees or a conversion allowance supplied by your bank/provider. Blank values are treated as unknown, not as a zero-fee promise. This tool does not fetch live rates or fees.

Enter an invoice amount and at least one known fee or conversion allowance to calculate an illustrative scenario.

Only the values entered are included. Any unprovided or changing bank, provider, intermediary or currency-conversion cost is excluded; the result is not a provider quote or final amount payable.

Payment safety checklist

  • Verify the beneficiary name and account details against the approved invoice.
  • Confirm the invoice number, amount and currency before transferring.
  • Verify any change to bank details through a previously verified contact channel.
  • Never share passwords, one-time codes or full payment credentials through the enquiry form.

Fees, refunds and cancellations

Transfer fees and conversion costs vary by provider, bank, currency and route; no live fee estimate is available here. Refunds, cancellation charges and settlement of completed work follow the applicable written quotation, contract and relevant law. Contact ARRC Agency before paying if any item is unclear.

05 / Billing FAQ

Questions before payment

Project-specific information in the signed or approved agreement takes precedence over general website guidance.

When do I pay, and when does work begin?

The approved quotation or contract specifies any deposit, milestone payments and deadlines. Work starts after the agreed commencement conditions are met and payment is confirmed when required by the agreement.

Are all listed payment methods available?

No. The routes shown as “Subject to confirmation” must be confirmed for your project, location, currency and eligible receiving account. Card, FPX or hosted checkout is not currently offered on this page.

Who pays transfer and intermediary-bank fees?

Fees depend on the payment route. The quotation or invoice should clarify any known fee responsibilities. Ask before transferring if charges are unclear; this website does not quote live fees.

Are MYR, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD and HKD all guaranteed settlement currencies?

No. They are currency preferences that can be discussed. The billing and settlement currency must be confirmed in writing based on the actual eligible route.

How long will an international transfer take?

Processing time varies by sender, receiving and intermediary banks, provider checks, weekends, public holidays and the selected currency. No guaranteed arrival time is stated here.

What if I need a refund or need to cancel?

Refunds, cancellation and payment for work completed are governed by your project agreement and applicable law. Check the written terms before making payment or contact us for clarification.

Can I pay directly by card on this website?

No live card checkout or payment form is currently provided here. Do not submit payment details through the enquiry form. If a future project requires online payments, provider eligibility, account setup and end-to-end testing must be completed first.
